right now i'm sitting here with Topsy Turvy running in the background, smoking my semi-annual Dunhill. Yeah, yeah, scold me, sisters. I'm in for a night of being *bad*, and I really don't smoke as a rule, just one Dunhill every few months (I'd not had one since the summer - I always feel dreadful afterwards but I still do when I need a bit of liberation).

Bringing car to shop - bah! Gonna be carless for a couple days. Cesare up in LA was very very nice indeed, and I think DD is one of those singers who's much better live than in recording, much like Cecilia. I think that might have to do with people just sounding a bit stilted on recordings and sounding freer in live situations. Anyway, wandering off now...
